Interlibrary loan (ILL) privileges are available to currently enrolled students, faculty, staff, adjunct faculty, preceptors and alumni. Please read our full ILL policy here.

Policies & Order Fees

  • Students: $3 per article, $7 per rush article, $7 per book. First two articles ordered are free. In addition, after every 10th paid article, the 11th ordered is free of charge.*
  • Alumni: $5 per article, $9 per rush article, $9 per book.
  • Faculty, Adjunct Faculty, Preceptors & Staff: must pay cost of ILL request **

*Book & AV borrowing policies vary from each library and due dates will be specified at time of pick up.

**Faculty and staff are responsible for the entire cost of ILL requests as charged by the lending library. Library staff will inform the faculty or staff member if a cost will be incurred; the corresponding College Dean/Program Director will also be informed so they may have the option to approve payment from the unit budget.

About Payment

Prepayment for request, made by cash, charge or check made payable to Roseman University of Health Sciences, is required. A library staff member will contact you upon receipt of your request regarding payment arrangements. Payments will be refunded if request is unable to be filled. In the event of a bounced check, patron is responsible for check amount plus non-sufficient fund fees.
