University Fund

Every year, many alumni, parents, friends and students give generously to the University. Their support helps to enhance student scholarship assistance, attract and retain world-class faculty, and create new and innovative programs.

Donors to the University Fund connect with their passions through their generous gifts to meet the priorities of the University. From students making their first gifts through a Senior Class Gift, to loyal friends who have supported the University for years, donors know Roseman is one of the best investments they can make in higher education. The University Fund's family of donors mirrors Roseman's diversity and strength, educating and developing tomorrow's health care leaders.

College of Pharmacy

It is a rare student who has graduated from the College of Pharmacy without the benefit of financial assistance. Through the years, generous donors have provided needed scholarship support providing countless educational opportunities for students. Empowered by their College of Pharmacy education, our students have been able to create careers, achieve personal goals, and ease human suffering in ways that might never have been possible without the support of generous donors.

College of Nursing

The Roseman College of Nursing accepts students of exceptional talent and dedication who will become the next generation of leading caregivers, researchers and faculty. Nursing classes begin at two different times each year both at Nevada and Utah campuses.  Perhaps you would want to create an Endowed Scholarship for nursing to help fill the need for more nursing professionals in our country.

College of Dental Medicine

The Roseman College of Dental Medicine offers a residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics/MBA and requires that each of our dental residents obtain an MBA degree in addition to their advanced dental certificate to ensure that when they graduate, they will have all of the tools to operate an effective practice. It is the first in the country to make an MBA a requirement. Many donors may select to establish an Endowed Scholarship to make this possible and to provide for future dental professionals in our communities in Nevada, Utah and surrounding regions.

MBA Program

The University also supports an outstanding MBA program which has been paired with each of our other programs to ensure future success for all of our graduates.  Endowed Scholarships for this program will help to give business promise for the future of all fortunate Roseman graduates.  If you would like to make a difference in the stability of medical care for the future, what better way than to help medical professionals know how to run a business as well.

Roseman Friends of the Library

The Roseman Library enriches every facet of the university, from the specialized education by our top-ranked faculty to the state-of-the-art facilities. Roseman faculty and students rely on complete and in-depth library resources, including historic manuscripts, newly published books, electronic journals and databases. The Library offers a number of unique giving opportunities. Gifts to the Roseman Friends of the Library support the most critical needs of the Library, from acquisitions and preservation to digital library projects.

The Honor with Books program is a meaningful way to pay tribute to a special person in your life while making an important contribution to future generations of students. When you make a gift to the Honor with Books fund, a personalized bookplate is placed in one newly purchased book in the subject area of your choosing.

Library supporters can build a permanent legacy by establishing a Collection Endowment. These funds make it possible to acquire, preserve and make accessible Library materials in subject areas of special interest to the donor. Endowments may be established with a single gift or with a pledge that will build the fund over several years. Because the endowment generates sustained income each year, it guarantees the growth of collections and constitutes one of the best investments one can make in higher education. Gifts to the Roseman Friends of the Library ensure a comprehensive resource for current and future generations.

Roseman Research

The Roseman Research Center was established in January of 2010.  The center focuses its research on diabetes, obesity, neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease, and various types of cancer (especially cancers associated with diabetes and obesity, e.g. breast, colon, liver, lung and pancreatic cancer).  The Center is currently located offsite from the Roseman Henderson campus in Summerlin.  The Center aims to become the premier, state-of-the-art research center in Las Vegas and the entire state of Nevada that features cutting edge instrumentation and innovative research technology studying diabetes and diabetes-related neurological diseases (Alzheimer's disease) and diabetes-related cancers. Your gift will help to accelerate the continued development of the Roseman Research Center and the progress of scientific discoveries aimed to alleviate the ailments of diabetes, obesity, Alzheimer's disease and cancer.
