Gary M. Levin PharmD, BCPP, FCCP

Dr. Levin earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Florida in 1990.  He then completed a Psychiatric Pharmacy Residency at the VAMC in Gainesville, FL followed by a Research Fellowship in Psychopharmacology at UF.  Dr. Levin has held faculty and administrative appointments at several universities before joining Roseman University in 2010.  He is responsible for oversight and development of the experiential programs and clinical faculty.  He also teaches psychiatry topics in the P2 year.

Darla Zarley is a 1997 graduate from North Dakota State University. Prior to joining the staff at Roseman in 2001, she worked as a pharmacy manager for a major chain. In addition to her responsibilities for coordinating the P3 students Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPE), she teaches P1 students Law and Calculations.

Paul Oesterman is a 1976 graduate from the University of the Pacific. Prior to joining the staff at Roseman in 2005, he worked as a Director of Hospital Pharmacy for 13 years, a pharmacy manager and consultant for an HMO for 10 years in Northern California. Upon relocating to Nevada, he assumed a position as a Consulting Pharmacist. In addition to his responsibilities for coordinating the P1 and P2 students Introductory Pharmacy Practice Experiences (IPPE), he teaches Communications to the P1 students, and Top 200 Drugs and Administration to the P2 students.

Kathy Lindsay has been with Roseman since 2004. Upon returning to the United States and serving in her present capacity she was employed by UNR assisting the Director of Graduate Medical Education. Prior to returning to the United States, she was employed by Flinders Medical University in Australia where she assisted medical students in their final year experiential rotations.

Erin Johanson joined Roseman University in 2011 after serving as Assistant Director of Experiential Education at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. She enjoys bridging the didactic with “real world” of pharmacy education by serving as Coordinator for the Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experiences (APPEs) for P3 students on the South Jordan campus. She is especially interested in preceptor development, motivating adult learners, and continuous quality improvement.


Andrew Draper PharmD, MS, BS

Dr. Draper earned a B.S. in Pharmacy degree from the University of Utah in 1994, then was commissioned as a biomedical officer in the U.S. Air Force, supervising pharmacy operations at military health facilities in North Dakota, Japan, and Idaho. After his active duty military service, Dr. Draper completed his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University in Arizona. After living abroad he returned to Utah and in 2007, he initiated full-time pharmacy services at the Fourth Street Clinic, a health care center for the homeless in Salt Lake City. He joined the Roseman staff in 2009.

Nicole earned an Associate’s Degree in Accounting from Stevens-Henager College in 2002.  She then worked for Stevens-Henager College for 5 years supporting Financial Aid, Student Services, and various academic areas.   She has been with Roseman University on the South Jordan campus since 2007 and has been committed to supporting faculty, students, and preceptors ever since.
