The Board of Advisors was established to cultivate a cadre of prominent alumni leaders to assist in raising awareness of, and standing as outstanding examples of, Roseman’s innovative educational philosophy.
Board members share their unique expertise, inform development and communication strategies, and serve as advocates for educational priorities and community outreach efforts. Board members generously support the most critical priorities at Roseman and educate the Nevada and Utah communities about the University’s mission and impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Represent the voice and perspective of the University’s alumni body to the University as a whole and specific academic units
- Serve as an Roseman ambassador, raising awareness among industry leaders, professional associations, and colleagues and friends of Roseman’s mission and goals, research advances, and community service efforts
- Become familiar with Roseman “Key Facts” document and read “remEDy” magazine with the intent to provide suggestions for improving the publication
- Participate in Alumni Board programs, and Roseman community-based activities and social events benefiting the University as feasible
- Sign up for Roseman’s social media content (on Facebook, Twitter, and You Tube) as feasible
- Promote participation in Roseman alumni programs and contributions to the University, and other means by which individuals and businesses can support and advocate for Roseman

Membership in the Alumni Board of Advisors is renewed annually. Membership contributions support Roseman University of Health Sciences’ research, community service, and educational mission as it aspires to be the first choice among "best in class" institutions of higher learning, universally recognized as an innovative, transforming force in health care education, and as a vibrant, stimulating place to work and learn.
Membership support is fully tax deductible as allowed by law [TAX ID: 88-0435559] and supports University initiatives that strengthen academic programs and student services. There
are two levels of membership, which provide the following benefits:
$250 – Member
- Listing on Roseman website as Alumni Advisory Board member
- Listing as an Alumni Advisory Board member in “remEDy,” Roseman’s alumni and community magazine
- Gain community service / volunteer hours required for professional credentialing
- Receive special Roseman publications and event invitations
- Included in bi-annual surveys to share opinions about Roseman alumni programs and publications
- Added to VIP list to receive special communications, invitations, and mailings
$1,000 – Executive Member
- All benefits listed above
- Listing as a leadership benefactor in “remEDy,” Roseman’s alumni and community magazine
- Opportunity to include company logo in Board of Advisors listing on Roseman website, with a link to the preferred page on company’s website
- Included on a list of prominent alumni recommended for potential interviews by media to represent Roseman University
- Included as potential speaker in Roseman’s Speaker’s Bureau reference document for media
