Roseman Community Health Beat TV Show
The University's unique television show, Roseman Community Health Beat, is going into its sixth year of presentation each week on Cox Cable 96. The show has addressed such topics as cox two inhibitors in treating conditions such as arthritis, drug counterfeiting on a national and international level, nursing as a profession, pet therapy animals, the need for H1N1 vaccinations and ways of protecting yourself, how technology is being used as a tool in life-long-learning for Roseman students, advances in dental medicine and how the public can save thousands of dollars in orthodontic work at our new Roseman dental clinic, our amazing students who volunteer, ways to give, student professional organizations reaching out to the community, our excellent student Drug Abuse Awareness Team and how they are saving thousands of students lives reaching out to Nevada's teens and, finally, the University's partnership with Las Vegas Metropolitan Police and other organizations for the first safe collection of expired prescriptions in our community. New shows will cover other health and wellness concerns and innovations through Roseman.
