Graduate Exit Information
Before you say goodbye to Roseman University, Technology Services would like to make sure you have everything you need in order to maintain your laptop and email going forward.
To find out the information on your laptop, visit the link below. You will be able to renew your warranty, download drivers and manuals, and contact support.: http://www.dell.com/support/home/us/en/555?c=us&s=biz&cs=555&l=en
Enter in your Dell service tag number and click “Submit” to find all of the applicable information pertaining to your laptop.
In the event that you have to have your computer reformatted, please note that we cannot reissue the university licensed software to you (e.g., Microsoft Office, Trend Micro).
Technology Services will create a new email address ([name]@alumni.roseman.edu) upon your request only. Your student account will not be migrated over; however, we will email you specific instructions on how to migrate your email if you wish to do so. If you do not request an alumni account, your student account will remain active for one year after graduation. Please note that if your alumni email account remains inactive for at least one year, your account will be deleted.
