Group Training: Group sessions on software titles such as Word and PowerPoint will be scheduled throughout the year for employees and students. Schedules will be posted on the Technology Services web page, in addition to broadcast emails announcing newly scheduled classes.
Individual Training: Faculty, staff, and students may contact the help desk for a one-on-one training session on any college supported technology. These sessions offer you the opportunity to address specific questions about the technologies you use most. These are by appointment only, and must be scheduled in advance.
Online Training: There are a number of websites offering free online tutorials and other information on a variety of technologies. PLEASE NOTE – Roseman is in no way affiliated with the following online resources and is not responsible for the content therein. Some resources on these sites may be fee based and any purchases made are an agreement between you and that service provider. Our favorites are:
