Orientations: The Technology Services Help Desk provides an orientation for all new students and employees.
Group Training: Group sessions on software titles such as Word and PowerPoint can be scheduled throughout the year for employees and students. Please contact the help desk to have something setup.
Individual Training: Employees and students may contact the help desk for a one-on-one training session on any college supported technology. These sessions offer you the opportunity to address specific questions about the technologies you use most. These are by appointment only, and must be scheduled in advance.
