The certificate training program is designed to:

  • Enhance pharmacists’ clinical expertise in evaluating complicated medication regimens
  • Help pharmacists in identifying medication-related problems
  • Learn techniques for making recommendations to patients, care providers, and healthcare professionals

This program involves three components: a web-based self-study activity and pre-seminar exercise, a live training seminar, and post-seminar patient care exercises.  A Certificate of Achievement will be awarded to participants who successfully complete all program components, including and activity evaluation.
