Dr. Simon Pence, PharmD, BCOP graduated from The Ohio State University with a Doctor of Pharmacy. He completed a PGY1 residency through California Northstate University and Sutter Healthcare in Sacramento, CA. He then completed a PGY2 in oncology at St. Luke’s Mountain States Tumor Institute in Boise, ID. He currently practices as a clinical pharmacist at the outpatient infusion center at Intermountain Healthcare’s Utah Valley Hospital.
