Cost of Attendance

Tuition and Fees by program can be found at the Bursar. In addition to tuition and fees, there are indirect costs that a student incurs to pursue his/her education, which are not billed to Roseman University. These indirect costs are part of the cost of attendance and are based on estimates of the actual cost of living for our students. The most recent monthly cost of attendance estimates are below based on your living situation.

In addition, book costs for the BSN and MBA programs are estimated at $800 per academic year. All other programs either do not require outside book purchases or the costs are billed directly to the University and are available on the Bursar’s tuition and fees page. The monthly cost of attendance is the same for all programs. The number of months in the academic year vary by program and year in the program (e.g., P1, P2, P3) and is based on the final academic calendar submitted to the Financial Aid Office by the academic program. Logging in to the Financial Aid Portal will show the detailed cost of attendance for the academic year. Detailed cost of attendance by program is also available in the financial aid office.

Disbursement Dates

Financial aid funds are sent to Roseman on scheduled disbursement dates according to your program and year in the program. The following disbursement dates are effective for student enrolled in the 2021-2022 academic year. Students who re-admit in the middle of a payment period (i.e., “term”) may have different disbursement dates, depending on their academic schedule.

Please note: these dates are the dates funds are sent to Roseman and not the date funds are available to the student if you borrowed additional funds to assist you with living expenses. Per federal regulations, credit balances (i.e., refunds) must be available to the student within 14 calendar days of the disbursement date to the school. The Bursar’s Office processes refunds to students via Direct Deposit/EFT (if you’ve signed up for that process) or paper check as soon as practical after funds arrive at Roseman. They will notify you via your student email account when a check is ready to pick up or a Direct Deposit/EFT has been processed.
