Our Giving Policies & Guidelines ensure that every contribution, large or small, is managed responsibly, used as intended, and invested in ways that maximize long-term impact for our students, faculty, patients, and communities.

These guidelines reflect a comprehensive framework upheld across the University, integrating nationally recognized best practices and federal and state law. They protect our donors, support strategic priorities, and safeguard Roseman’s reputation for integrity.

We accept many forms of philanthropic support, including cash, securities, endowments, donor-advised fund contributions, planned gifts, in-kind donations, charitable grants, and more. Complex gifts undergo review by the University’s Gift Acceptance Committee to ensure appropriate stewardship and feasibility.

A shared services fee, up to five percent, is applied to philanthropic gifts to support essential stewardship, reporting, compliance, and fund management infrastructure.

Endowment Policy

Endowed gifts create permanent, mission-driven resources that support scholarships, faculty excellence, research, and community impact. All endowments are governed by Roseman’s Endowment Policy.

Donor Recognition & Naming Rights

Roseman University celebrates the generosity of our donors through a thoughtful, consistent, and mission-aligned recognition program. Naming opportunities, recognition societies, and cumulative lifetime honors are governed by our Donor Recognition and Naming Rights Policy.
