Fatin’s leadership shines through her role as Blood Drive Committee Officer for Alpha Epsilon Delta, where she organized lifesaving blood drives three times each semester, creating sustainable models still used today. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Fatin worked alongside medical professionals at vaccination clinics, providing comfort to anxious patients and gaining firsthand insight into healthcare’s daily challenges.

What sets Fatin apart is her ability to connect with people across all ages—from mentoring first-year college students as an Honors College instructor to providing free violin lessons to children, and volunteering at pediatric dental events. Her extensive clinical experience, including a year-long externship at UNLV Dental School’s pediatric clinic, has deepened her understanding of patient care and communication.

Now pursuing pharmacy at Roseman University’s Henderson campus, Fatin brings her proven leadership, bilingual abilities, and strong commitment to community service. The Hero Scholarship, funded by Dr. David Steinberg, will support her mission to improve healthcare outcomes while fostering teamwork and empathy in every interaction.
