David McMillan, DDS

Dr. Dave McMillan attended Brigham Young University and the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco, California. In 2004, he began practicing general dentistry with his father, Glen McMillan, DDS in Layton, Utah.
He became involved in the Academy of General Dentistry, receiving his fellowship award in 2011 and serving as president of the Utah Academy of General Dentistry during 2013-14. In 2014, he became an adjunct professor at Roseman University College of Dental Medicine in South Jordan, Utah and a full-time assistant professor in 2016. He has taught clinical fundamentals, including local anesthesia, as well as oral histology. He is an instructor in the simulation clinic and supervises treatment in the patient care clinic. He is also involved with clinical research and educational research. He is passionate about implementing the Roseman University Mastery Learning Model and helping students reach their potential.
