Mr. Fan joined Roseman in the Spring of 2022 and leads the University in preparing the annual budget, analysis reporting, forecasts, projections, and pro forma financial statements. Prior to healthcare higher education, Sammy enjoyed a 20-year career in tech sales running a boutique Federal IT integrator, taking home the SBA’s contract of the year in 2019.
Mr. Fan earned both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Accounting from University of Utah.
