Sydney is a Student Affairs Coordinator at Roseman University College of Medicine, where she is dedicated to supporting medical students through programming that promotes personal development, well-being, and professional growth. In her role, she collaborates with students and colleagues to develop initiatives that enhance the student experience and support success.
Sydney brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to higher education, shaped by her previous career as a probate and trust administration paralegal. Over the course of five years in the legal field, she developed a strong attention to detail, organizational expertise, and a deep appreciation for guiding individuals through complex processes, which are all skills that now translate into her work supporting students in a rigorous academic environment.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Paralegal Studies from Liberty University in 2019 and completed her Master of Education in Higher Education – Student Affairs in March 2026. Her academic and professional experiences have fueled her passion for fostering student success through accessible, engaging, and practical programming.
Sydney is particularly interested in developing workshops and initiatives that equip students with tools they can carry into both their professional and personal lives, and values creating spaces where students feel supported and prepared.
