Grew up in Salt Lake City, UT. Graduated from the University of Utah, Graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University College of Dentistry 1993, Completed a residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Iowa 1995, also completed a Master of Science degree through the Universty of Iowa graduate college 1995. Have been a Board Examiner for the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. I have served for many years in the U.S. Army Reserve and have had many interesting experiences through the Army Reserve. I have been married to Denalee Shelledy Cheever( the best decision I ever made) for several years and have five children. I love fly fishing, travel and reading.
