Online Payments

Payments are being accepted online. Acceptable forms of online payments are:

  • Credit/ Debit Card
  • ACH

You will be taken to a secure web page to enter your personal and payment information. Your information is handled through an SSL web form utilizing the highest possible encryption standards for Credit/Debit and ACH transactions.

By clicking “Create Login/ Reset Password” you will be directed to NetCommunity. Follow the links located at the bottom of the login page to receive credentials to login or reset your password.

Tuition/ Fee Payments

Tuition/ Fee Payments

By clicking “Tuition/ Fee Payments” you will be directed to NetClassroom (student self-service portal). After logging in, select the Billing dropdown. This will allow you to view your statement and make a payment.

IMPORTANT – When you hit submit; if you are timed out, if there is an error or you do not get a confirmation email, DO NOT hit Submit again until you contact the Bursar’s Office. You will be charged again if you hit submit again.

Transcript Payments

Credit Card

Upon login, click on the Registrar/ Student Services tab (column on right) and select “Start” under “Forms” for “Transcript Request Form.”

Pay in Person

Payments can be made in person during normal business hours at Bursar Office located on both campuses. Payment must be received by Payment Due Date to avoid enrollment cancellation. The following methods of payment are accepted in person:
  • Cash
  • Cashier’s Check
  • Check
  • Money Order
  • Credit/ Debit Card – iPads are available at the Bursar window to make Credit/Debit card payments.

 Please Note: We are unable to accept credit cards or debit cards payments via phone.

Postmarks are not accepted. Payment must be received by the Payment Due Date to avoid enrollment cancellation. The following methods of payment are accepted via mail:

  • Cashier’s Check
  • Check
