Fatima joined Roseman College of Medicine in 2025 as an Assistant Curriculum Coordinator, bringing more than 18 years of administrative and operational expertise. Her career includes 16 years at Microsoft as Executive Administrative Assistant and several years at Amazon as a Workplace Health & Safety Specialist, where she developed extensive experience in executive-level support, facilities management, vendor relations, and safety compliance. In her role at Roseman, Fatima provides high-level administrative support by managing academic schedules, coordinating meetings, tracking attendance, and course mapping and evaluations, editing and formatting syllabi, and preparing active learning materials. Recognized for her organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Fatima plays a key role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of both administrative and academic functions within the College of Medicine.
