Hector Lujan, MLIS

Medical Librarian

As the Medical Librarian at Roseman University, Hector Lujan partners with students, faculty, and staff to advance teaching, learning, and research. Hector is also primarily responsible for supporting the College of Medicine students and faculty through hands-on instruction, personalized research support, and a commitment to evidence-based practice to prepare future healthcare leaders to make a meaningful impact on the communities we serve.

Hector Lujan has been at Roseman University since May 2025. Prior to that, he was the Discovery and Systems Librarian at Walla Walla Community College in Washington State, where he was awarded tenure in February of 2025. His early career included being a graduate campus librarian for Pepperdine University in Southern California.
