Philip Lupov

Manager, Prospect Research & Donor Analytics

Philip Lupov is a systems and relationship builder with a background in non-profits and higher education. Originally from Russia, he has lived in St. Petersburg, New York, and Washington, DC. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Pre-Law from the People’s Friendship University of Russia and managed hospitality operations at the 2014 Winter Olympics and the 2018 FIFA World Cup.

Philip joined us from the University of Maryland Alumni Association, where he increased alumni engagement through a mentoring platform and career development events. Before that, at Pace University, one of the leading institutions in New York State, in the field of accounting education, he oversaw alumni benefits and organized lifelong learning events.
At Roseman, Philip improves and expands our alumni database to support staff, faculty, and alumni contributions to the university’s success.

In his free time, he enjoys planning new trips to meet his family’s friends around the globe and looks forward to making skiing in Nevada his new hobby. Philip speaks Russian, English, Spanish, and German. He resides in Henderson with his small (as of yet) family.
