BIOGRAPHY:

Roberto Cetina-Enamorado joined Roseman College of Medicine in 2025 as a Simulation Technician, where he plays a vital role in supporting clinical education through the development, coordination, and execution of high-fidelity medical simulations. In this capacity, he ensures that faculty and students have access to realistic, immersive training environments that enhance critical thinking, teamwork, and clinical decision-making.

Roberto holds a Master of Healthcare Administration (2023) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (2020), both from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. His academic background bridges healthcare systems management with a deep understanding of human behavior, which informs his approach to simulation-based learning and student engagement.

Prior to joining Roseman, Roberto contributed to student-focused initiatives and supported operational improvements in academic and healthcare environments. His experience includes working with diverse teams to implement evidence-based practices and promote efficiency across learning and service platforms.

Roberto is passionate about advancing experiential medical education and supporting Roseman’s mission to develop compassionate, competent physician leaders. He continues to seek opportunities that align with the institution’s values of collaboration, innovation, and community service.
