Dr. Victor Tolley is an Assistant Professor in the College of Nursing at Roseman University. He earned his Doctor of Nursing Practice and Master of Science in Nursing Education from the University of Utah, where he also completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing. He is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and holds the Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse credential from the Board of Certification for Emergency Nursing.
Dr. Tolley brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare. His clinical expertise informs his teaching, where he emphasizes the integration of evidence-based practice, clinical reasoning, and patient safety into nursing education. Currently practicing in urgent care, he provides students with real-world insights into the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across the lifespan.
As a faculty member, Dr. Tolley is deeply committed to advancing the nursing profession by preparing pre-licensure nursing students to meet the evolving demands of healthcare. His teaching philosophy centers on fostering critical thinking, professional accountability, and compassionate practice. Through mentorship and classroom instruction, he seeks to inspire future nurses to excel clinically while upholding the values of integrity, respect, and service.
