USHP is an affiliate of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP). The ASHP makes efforts to improve medication use and enhance patient safety. ASHP also provides, in addition to other services, Continuing Education on medication therapy and medication safety for physicians and other health-care professionals.
