Roseman Orthodontic Resident Selected for Scholar Award

Roseman University Orthodontic Resident Dr. April Cole, Class of 2016, has been selected to participate in the prestigious 2016 Charley Schultz Resident Scholar Award at the upcoming American Association of Orthodontists (AAO) Annual Session in Orlando, FL April 29-May 2, 2016.

The Charley Schultz Resident Scholar Award program is sponsored by Dentsply GAC and was established by the AAO in 2004. The award program selects 40 residents from ASA or CDA accredited residency programs and five international students/residents to present clinical science and basic science research in poster or narrative formats at the annual session. Projects presented are awarded first, second and third place awards in clinical and basic science categories.

Dr. Cole will receive a $750 cash prize for being selected as a participant, and will be competing for top honors. The research committee members for this project include Drs. Christopher Rodgers, Richard Stevens and Prashanti Bollu. Congratulations to Dr. Cole and the research team!
