Roseman Student & Family Volunteer to Feed Homeless

This past weekend my mother Joann Lagman (Roseman PharmD alumni), my little sister and I volunteered with a non-profit, Hope for Cleveland as I am back home with my family during this time. The non-profit received a donation of over 30,000 lbs of food from Convoy of Hope. My family and I helped distribute the food into bags for homeless families around the city. Over 42,000 lbs of food were given out including fresh produce along with 1,000 letters of hope, 2,000 Easter lilies, and 500 Chick-Fil-A gift cards. We gave out all of these to over 1,100 cars as each car pulled into the church lot and we filled their trunk with the divided supplies. Over 1,000 families were served this past Saturday before Easter Sunday.
