Important Information for Attending Guests

We look forward to welcoming family and friends as we celebrate the Roseman University College of Medicine White Coat Ceremony. Please review the following information before arriving at Lee’s Family Forum.

Arrival & Parking

  • Guest Entrance: South Entrance
  • Doors Open: 2:00 p.m.
  • Parking: Complimentary parking is available in the Black and Gold parking lots. Please follow directional signage upon arrival.

Security Screening

Lee’s Family Forum utilizes security screening for all guests. Please allow extra time to enter the venue, as all attendees will pass through metal detectors.

Bag Policy

Lee’s Family Forum maintains a strict bag policy.

  • No bags are permitted, with the exception of small clutches measuring no larger than 9″ x 5″ x 2″.
  • Backpacks of any size are prohibited.

Guests are encouraged to review the venue’s complete list of prohibited items before arriving.

Food & Beverages

Concessions will be available for purchase throughout the event. Please note that all concession stands are cashless.

Please be advised that photography and videography will be taking place throughout Roseman University College of Medicine’s White Coat Ceremony. By attending this event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and grant permission for the use of your image and likeness for promotional and archival purposes by the University.

If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please kindly inform a member of the media team at the event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Information for Students

Students should arrive by 1pm and enter through the loading dock area.  Professional Dress is required.  More details will be provided during orientation.
