BIOGRAPHY:

Dr. Robert McAuley is a Professor of Bioethics, Humanism, and Policy and Director of Accreditation at the Roseman University College of Medicine. He joined the Roseman College of Medicine with over thirty years of experience in medical education and has focused on new medical school accreditation for the last fourteen years. Dr. McAuley was a founding leadership team member at the Oakland University William Beaumont (OUWB) School of Medicine. During his fourteen years at OUWB, Dr. McAuley saw the school through the accreditation and re-accreditation process, starting with preliminary accreditation and through two rounds of full accreditation. In addition to being responsible for accreditation, he oversaw the information technology group, medical student records and registration, student policy development, and managed the student promotions committee. Before that, Dr. McAuley was the Associate Dean for Informational Resources and Chief Information Officer at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Medicine.
