March Events to Focus on the College Of Medicine and Its Future Academic Health System

The Founding Dean of Roseman University’s College of Medicine, Dr. Mark A. Penn, will provide an update on the development of the college and the positive impact its future Academic Health System will have on Southern Nevada during two public events at the university’s Summerlin Campus, located at 10530 Discovery Drive.

The events will take place at 8 to 9 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11 and at 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Friday, March 27. Seating is limited, so registration is required via email at medicine@roseman.edu.

Individuals in attendance will also have an opportunity to meet many of the College of Medicine’s new administrators and faculty members, including Pete Eveland, Ed.D., associate dean for student affairs and professor of family medicine; Stephanie Wragg, Ph.D., assistant dean for curriculum and assessment and associate professor of biomedical sciences; Lisa Rosenberg, M.D., director of geriatrics and assistant professor of internal medicine; Ken Rosenthal, Ph.D., professor of biomedical sciences; and Chris Burns, Ph.D., associate professor of biomedical sciences.

Following the event, tours of the Summerlin campus will be offered.
