The College of Nursing students from the Class of 2013, Henderson Campus, attended the Legislative Committee on Health for the Nevada Legislature on Valentine’s Day at the Grant Sawyer State Office Building in Las Vegas. The students observed how evidence based practice influences the creation of health policy for the state. The meeting was teleconferenced with Carson City where individuals from Northern Nevada could participate as well.
