It is hard to believe that the holiday season is already upon us. The fall blinked by in a beautiful display of foliage in both Las Vegas and South Jordan. The temperature has dropped, fall sports have revived our team spirit, and we look forward to time with family and friends. At Roseman, our students are pushing through to winter break, where they will have a much deserved hiatus and time to reflect and recharge for their return.
I hope you were able to enjoy the fall printed version of spectRUm. Our fall was full with our Back to School Brush-Up, our Scholarship Golf Tournament, our Week of Thanks(Giving), the opening of our new Dental Clinic in Henderson, professional conferences, and time spent with our Board Members. Thanks to all the hardworking members of the Roseman family that made all of these events and activities happen, and thanks to all of you who were able to join us and participate.
Read about the Dental Clinic opening in this edition, as well as our visit to Seattle for the annual NWCCU conference. Join us for our December 6th Neighborhood Health Series featuring Dr. Tom Hunt, Chef Lucky Thai with a Thai cooking demonstration, and OneHOPE wines with a wine tasting celebrating a night of heart health and holiday cheer or our January 17th Neighborhood Health Series with Dr. David Rawlins, focusing on the fascinating topic of drug discovery.
This holiday season, I send my warmest wishes to you for a happy and healthy holiday season. May you create new memories and celebrate old traditions. I hope for rest and reflection for all. As we approach our 20th year, I think of all those that contributed to our success and advanced our mission. Wishing our Roseman family, friends, volunteers, donors, Board Members, community partners, staff, students and their families a very happy holiday.
